Scheduling a user for one day - works

Scheduling a user for multiple consecutive days - works

 

Setting up any kind of recurring scheduling results in the oncall schedule be shortened to one day (if it originally spanned multiple days) and the reoccurence never appears on the subsequent months.  This was a problem in the first version and is still happening after we upgraded yesterday.

 

 

We have a reoccurring oncall schedule and would like to use this feature rather than manually adding each user for weeks into the future.  It would also be better if you just presented Alert Central with the order of the users on call and the duration of their oncall time and Alert Central automatically creates the schedule.  That way adding or removing users from the schedule doesn't have to be a manually process and require someone to redo the time periods for every addition or deletion from the schedule.
